Returns & Refunds — Essence Five

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened fragrance or wellness products unless they are faulty or damaged.

To start a return, contact us at hello@sanaessencia.co.uk with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll provide return instructions specific to your order within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
